Easter Grand Junction Weekend

Derrick and I drove to his parents' house in Grand Junction, CO for Easter weekend. It's only a 3 1/2 hour drive but it's getting a little harder to sit through as I'm getting farther along. Derrick's siblings Tyson who lives in Boulder and Tonja and Rob who live in Boston came for the week.

Here's the basic rundown of what we did. I decided to just write it down in list form since it was mostly just a nice relaxing weekend. On Saturday we walked the river trail walk, played tennis in the backyard (Rob making great comments/yells throughout), had good food complete with Rob's special dessert (brownie, chocolate pudding, vanilla ice cream, chocolate fudge, whipped cream, and jimmies/sprinkles - basically really bad for you) and watched a movie. On Easter Sunday we got to go to church, see our nephew Ryan and his mom Christa, and then have more good food before Derrick and I drove home.
