Since we don't have much use for long sleeves here in Texas I've been plotting to convert some of my less exciting long sleeve shirts into short ones. I'm pleased with my first attempt though sewing on knit fabric turned out to be a battle. Inspiration came from this pin on Pinterest.

SO cute! I love it! You look amazing p.s.
Nice job. When you sew on knit it is best to have a ball point needle and pins and use a stretch stitch. You'll get the hang of it.
It looks so great! I should do that with some of my shirts.
You are so talented. Your shirt looks darling and so is the model!! We love you lots
Awesome job! It turned out way better than those purple shirts we tried fixing together last March :) You're amazing.
Great Job! I love how it turned out.
So cute! I wish I was that talented!
Yay for craft projects. Keep practicing on knits, you'll grow to love it and all of the possibilities. Good luck on your other shirts.
