Latest Craft Project

Since we don't have much use for long sleeves here in Texas I've been plotting to convert some of my less exciting long sleeve shirts into short ones. I'm pleased with my first attempt though sewing on knit fabric turned out to be a battle. Inspiration came from this pin on Pinterest.

Nice job. When you sew on knit it is best to have a ball point needle and pins and use a stretch stitch. You'll get the hang of it.

Yay for craft projects. Keep practicing on knits, you'll grow to love it and all of the possibilities. Good luck on your other shirts.
