9 Months

This little guy turned 9 months over a week ago. His stats from the pediatrician's visit put him at 95th percentile for height, 99th percentile for head size, and 58th percentile for weight. With being tall and skinny it's looking like he's built like a Jones.


Just a week ago Caleb started taking steps. He usually does just 1 or 2 before falling but his record is 5. Caleb is a strong little guy and has even started lifting weights.


I love how quick to smile, laugh, and cuddle Caleb is. This social little guy loves attention and being a part of the action. He's amazingly fast when it comes to getting into things he's not supposed to. My phone, shoes, Zach's sippy cups, the fridge, and the dishwasher are current favorites. At least he's learned that feet first is definitely the way to go when climbing off of things like Zach's bed.


Caleb often wants to be doing whatever Zach is doing. I tried getting a picture of both boys watching the iPad intently but Caleb would look up at me and pull a face every time he heard the click our camera makes before taking a picture. I love that the boys linked arms and Zach's look of concentration.




This sweet little guy is such a joy to have in our family. Here's to having him out for as long as he was in!
