I have a lot of pictures from Christmas so I thought I'd break it up into different posts. We had a great Christmas in Colorado this year. Most of it was spent with my family with a short trip down to Grand Junction for a few days in the middle.
Most of the pictures we took are from later in the trip because Derrick's parents gave us a fun new camera for Christmas that we are VERY excited about.
- Both boys did great with traveling in the airport.
- Jason and Melissa were there with their families so we got lots of cousin time in and everyone got to meet Caleb. It was so good seeing them again. I have a hard time living so far away from my family.
The cousins had a great time together. Melissa's little guy thought Caleb was hilarious and would crack up for most of the time they were interacting. Caleb was jealous of how much hair his cousin has.

My dad with Caleb and Jason's little girl

Jason's little girl completely passed out during a noisy dinner. It was pretty impressive.

- Tennis match against Melissa and Nate. They beat Derrick and me but at least the games were pretty close.
- Trip to the Denver temple to do a session as a family. My mom's sister and her kids watched the four grandchildren aged 2 and younger. After the session we had the traditional Colorado cousin Christmas party with two of my mom's sisters and their families.
- Family pictures at Target. This was pretty much a fiasco. Zach had an impressive wipe out on the way in and got a bloody lip. The poor guy had already been feeling sick so he was not in a happy mood for pictures. The other babies were in bad moods too and once one started crying the others would join in.
- Lots of games, Wii, food, and movies.
- On Christmas Eve we had a fancy dinner, listened to my dad read Luke 2, and each opened a present. The babies got matching pjs though they were never all awake at the same time to get a picture together. Most of the adults got crazy Christmas hats and my mom got sock monkey footsie pajamas. Here's a picture I stole from my sister's blog.
